RETURN POLICY We’re glad to make an exchange. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, Hipstripes merchandise is returnable for exchange only (no refunds).
Satisfaction Guaranteed! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange unworn garments within 14 days of delivery. When you ship your garment to us for exchange, please enclose a copy of your packing slip and complete the requested exchange information on the back. You pay the return shipping (non-refundable), and we are happy to ship the exchange back to you, free of charge. If there is a difference in price of the garment, either plus or minus, your credit card will be charged or refunded accordingly.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE You may return items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition - for exchange only - within two weeks of delivery. In order to make an exchange, your garment must be in brand-new condition, free of any signs of wear. Due to the personal nature of intimate apparel, Hipstripes can only accept garments for exchange, not for refund. We do not, of course, resell returned garments. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible. Please complete the Exchange Form on the back of your packing slip. Your credit card information is needed to process all exchanges (including PayPal). Your card will be charged or credited only if there is a price difference in the exchange.
1. Please complete the EXCHANGE FORM legibly, in its entirety.
2. Simply ship your garment(s) back to Hipstripes in an envelope, and we will ship your exchange back to you in an envelope likewise. If you would like your new garment delivered back to you in a new Hipstripes signature box, please contact us.
3. To ensure that your package arrives back to us, please use a pre-paid and traceable method of delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Certified or “trackable” US Mail) so that you receive a shipping slip and can trace your package in case of any problem.
Garments purchased on sale, or through any special promotion, are final sales and will not be exchanged.
EXCHANGE FEES You are responsible for return shipping fees back to Hipstripes. We will cover the shipping for delivery back to you. If the replacement garment is a different price than the one you are returning, we will charge or refund your card accordingly. Hipstripes will not pay return shipment fees for exchanges delivered outside the United States or Canada.
